The Safety of 'Senseless' Violence

I hope somewhere a Briton or two has something like this in mind:

So comforting to think, isn't it, that the criminally violent are just kooky? That nobody who would blow themselves up in order to murder as many civilians as they possibly can would actually do so for a reason, a patient, studied conviction? Yes, let's, Mr. Prime Minister, never again call those who perpetuate terror expressly, enthusiastically, and exclusively in their capacity as Muslims "Muslim terrorists." This will make us safe, or at least our sensibilities. And what could be more sensitive than that?
